This branch is for exploring out the Suggestive mode feature with Joel. The goal is to get the feature in the user facing state, we are not aiming for engineering best practices etc. the goal is to make it user facing and user driven. Once we decide that the exploration is enough we then purge the code and re-scope how to build this out.
