[Bug]: VOD only allows a single stream, even with multiple accounts

Describe the bug

If more than 1 account is configured a user can only stream a single VOD stream at a time. With channels, you can stream 1 per account.

How can we recreate this bug?

Configure two or more accounts, from two different clients try to play a VOD stream. Only one will work.

I've done some initial testing with two concurrent streams and it seems the profile switching is working. I'll do some more testing to mix and match VOD and Live streams to report back.
Just having some issues with stale data (lots of episode not found issues), I'm attempting to flush everything out before I can test again.
