Describe the solution you'd like

I use Dispatcharr with Plex and it is amazing. I have multiple streams from my IPTV provider added to each channel and it does a great job of automatically switching on load to the first stream that works.

I find that sometimes my streams don't work so I remove them. However, I go back and check them later and they work again.

I think it would be awesome if Dispatcharr had a setting called "Allow Auto Re-Order" that would automatically push the first working stream to the top of my stream list for the channel. This would allow (I believe) me to not need to remove or re-order my streams as often since the non-working ones tend to start working later.

Dispatcharr will automatically try other streams if the first one has failed. If you have an unreliable provider, move them further down in the list
