[BACKEND] Implement Vendor Contract Management Module

Manage long-term contracts with vendors who supply assets or maintenance services.

Expected Behavior:

• Table vendor_contracts with supplierId, contractName, startDate, endDate, fileUrl.
• API to add/manage contracts.
• Notification when contract is near expiry.

Tasks:

• Generate vendor-contracts module.
• Create entity + DTOs.
• Implement CRUD service + controller.
