[BACKEND] Implement QR Code / Barcode Generator Module

Each asset should have a unique QR code or barcode for physical tracking and scanning.

Expected Behavior:

• API endpoint to generate QR/Barcode linked to an asset.
• Store image URL or base64 representation.
• Allow retrieval and scanning for asset verification.

Tasks:

• Generate qr-barcode module.
• Integrate QR code library.
• Add service to generate + store codes.
• Add API endpoint to retrieve.
