FRONTEND: Update Navbar and Add Scroll Interaction

This PR updates the navbar layout and adds a new scroll interaction feature for the 'Get Notified' button.

Changes Made

• 🚫 Removed Features and About links from the navbar.

• ➕ Added Login and Register buttons to the navbar for easier access to authentication pages.

• ⚙️ Implemented smooth scrolling functionality:

  • When the Get Notified button is clicked, the page automatically scrolls down to the Get Notified component section.

How to Test

1. Start the development server.

2. Open the homepage.

3. Confirm that:

   • The navbar no longer displays Features and About links.
   • Login and Register buttons appear in the navbar.
   • Clicking the Get Notified button scrolls smoothly to the correct section.

Additional Notes

• Ensure that the Get Notified component has the appropriate id or ref to enable smooth scrolling.
• Navbar responsiveness and styling have been preserved after modification.
