Description:
Create a new HowItWorks.tsx component showing a 3-step horizontal flow: "Set up your space" → "Invite your team" → "Manage everything". Use numbered circles connected by a line. Left-to-right progression with minimal design.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Three numbered steps with titles and descriptions
• Connecting line between steps
• Horizontal layout on desktop, vertical on mobile
• Numbered circles (1, 2, 3) with step titles
• Minimal, clean design consistent with the editorial theme
