Description:
Clean up the Footer component with a 3-column layout: Brand (logo + tagline), Product (links), and Legal (links). Keep existing links to Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and Contact pages. Add a copyright line at the bottom.
Acceptance Criteria:
- 3-column layout: Brand, Product links, Legal links
- ManageHub logo and short tagline in brand column
- Links to existing pages (privacy, terms, contact)
- Copyright line at the bottom
- Responsive: stacks on mobile
