trying to generate python doc

Hi all,

I'm trying to generate python doc using the pycodedoc, I think that did all configuration, but I'm facing the message below:

ValidationError: 1 validation error for DocGen
Value error, 'charmap' codec can't decode byte 0x8d in position 18702: character maps to [type=value_error, input_value={'base_dir':
'src'}, input_type=dict]

Could you please provide me a light over this issue? Maybe is lacking something from my side.
