Фикс управления яркостью дисплея и тиринга.

В файле /etc/X11/xorg.conf отредактируйте секции:

Настройка раскладки клавиатуры.

Создать файл /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/00-keyboard.conf и добавить секцию:

Section "InputClass"  
    Identifier "system-keyboard"  
    MatchIsKeyboard "on"  
    Option "XkbLayout" "us,ru"  
    Option "XkbModel" "pc105"  
    Option "XkbOptions" "grp:alt_shift_toggle"

Настройка тачпада.

Выполнить ln -s /usr/share/X11/xorg.conf.d/40-libinput.conf /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/40-libinput.conf и отредактировать секцию тачпада следующим образом:

Section "InputClass"
        Identifier "libinput touchpad catchall"
        MatchIsTouchpad "on"
        MatchDevicePath "/dev/input/event*"
        Driver "libinput"
	Option "Tapping" "on"
