Advanced Filtering

Add the ability to use AND/OR conditions with filters

Would like to see an approach to handling advance filtering if an array contains or does not contain a value.

Suggested operator approaches for contains/in and does not contain/not in:

1. String operator:
in
not in

2. Tilde operator:
=~
!~
Note: the tilde typically means regex expressions but could be implemented as contains operator

3. Array operators:
=[]
![]

4. Alternate array operators:
[=]
[!]
