[Request] Add releases

I'm trying to use this on Windows 98 (with KernelEx) and it won't compile because of missing dependencies. Would it be possible to add releases or actions?

What are you trying to compile it with?

I did it wrong and also didn't realize that there was a "release" folder in the repo.
Also this won't run on 98+kernelex because it needs a dll with a long name that ends in 1.1.2 (I don't have the vm up so I can't test it right now) and 98 complains that it's not built for the right processor architecture
