v0.2.0 (build 101) — Client names on bunker pairings

TestFlight build 101 (external). New since build 100:

• Bunker pairings can show the connecting app's real name. When you make a new bunker connection, Clave now reads the optional name/url/icon the app sends in its connect request and displays it on the connection — so you see the app's actual name instead of a generic label. Applies to new bunker connections only; existing connections keep their current name (which stays user-editable, so a reconnect never clobbers a rename). A proposed NIP-46 extension — clients that don't send it pair exactly as before.

Still TestFlight beta. Open source (MIT).
