The skill is model-agnostic markdown, and this release wires it into the major agent tools so it loads automatically when you open the repo:

This release adds a full case-interview training layer — a bank of worked classics, drills for the three reflexes that win cases, a fit/PEI rehearsal kit, and, for the first time, a way for Claude to run and grade a mock interview against a real rubric. Four new reference modules, distilled from publicly available MBA casebook material into original, source-anonymized, house-voice files.

A curated menu of ~40 interview classics organized by type (market entry, profitability, M&A, growth, pricing, ops, non-traditional), plus 14 fully worked exemplars — Army Hotel, Knight Perfumes, Cruise Line Acquisition, Lost Patent, Avalon Education Policy, and more. Each cracks the case with Structure → Spine → Aha → Trap, keeping the vivid company names, real sectors, and interview-format flavor.
• case-cracking-drills.md — the three reflexes. Fast case math (rounding, distributive property, Rule of 72, margin bridges), exhibit/chart reading (a 6-step protocol + a chart-type cheat sheet covering waterfall, Mekko, clustered bar, and the truncated-axis trap), and structuring drills with 90-second framework scaffolds for every case type.
• fit-pei-drill-bank.md — the other half of the room. The full behavioral/PEI question universe, model story skeletons, worked "why consulting / why this firm" answers, and a 1–4 self-scoring rubric. Companion to the existing behavioral-fit-interview.md.
• case-facilitation-and-scoring.md — Claude as interviewer & coach. How to run each case format (interviewer-led, candidate-led, collaborative), a 5-dimension 1–4 scoring rubric (structure · quant · synthesis · communication · presence), a common-mistakes catalogue, a deliberate-practice loop, and a case-log template to track your curve.

• Wired all four modules into SKILL.md routing across the Casebook-Drills and Career sections, so Claude reaches for them at the right moment.
• Reference count updated 118 → 129; both CI checks (reference integrity + README count) pass green.
• Sourcing & IP: built only from publicly available casebook material, fully rewritten into original form. No institutional, club, or author identifiers — company, sector, and interview-style flavor deliberately kept so the practice feels real, not generic.
