Navbar is too slow in mobile

Expected Behavior

The sidenave should be fluent because it is supposed to be for apps, and being slow decreases too much the user experience

Current Behavior

The sidenav is TOO SLOW in some mobile devices (with medium or basic performance hardware specifications) when appear or disappear. It doesn't matter if the trigger is the hamburger button, a custom javascript function or a gesture.

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

1. Just install Materialize (any version, even the new ones)
2. Try the sidenav in any mid-range device
