All data lost because of an update or server on hold

I've a Contabo VPS in which I run multiple web services in Dokploy.

This has happened with me the second time that Dokploy has lost all the data, in fact, asked me to register. Somehow, Dokploy's posgres got reset and hence, Dokploy lost all the data, even the user account.

The services were still running in docker, so no loss there.

Two possible reasons:

1. Lost all the data when updated from 0.29.2 to 0.29.7. I've replied to a similar issue thread here
2. Contabo VPS was suspended for 2 days because of some billing erorr, when it was restored, everything was back to normal but the Dokploy.

Now, I'm not sure what caused it, but this has happened with me the 2nd time and I'm really contemplating to go with Dokploy this time. I've another server which has been running Coolify for the last 3-4 years and I've never faced any issue, except that Coolify lags like hell. Right now, even that feels less risky.

What's the solution? I've come to an agreement that I can't get my data back, but how to prepare that this doesn't happen again?
