fix: disabling of previewRequireCollaboratorPermissions

The collaboration permissions were always displayed as required in the form

The form value of previewRequireCollaboratorPermissions were always true, because it was defaulted to true by a simple logical or-operator where the nullish coalescing-operator is required.
