Which mainboard is this and how can I connect to it?

We have 5 Panasonic CS- EU12AKY-8 (indoor unit) and CS- EU12AKY-8 (outdoor unit). Inside of them are MEGMEET MIVR50AP-24 mainboards with an unused CN15/WIFI port (JST PH 4-pin). I connected it to an ESP32 with ESPHome. Read some garbage UART data and had to realise it won't work with this project.
Does anyone know anything about this mainboard? It is as if it doesn't exist on the internet. The Panasonic unit was apparently made for the Indian market. And MEGMEET, a Chinese manufacturer, seems to only be producing for Panasonic India.

Next question (and this is a biggie): where can I get a spare mainbard? A gecko got in contact with mains and fried (itself on) the PCB.
