Add Theme song support

Summary

Could be very cool to add theme song support when viewing TV show or movie detail.

Basic Example

Going to a TV Show, episode or movie detail page could play the theme song.
Maybe add a setting to select the playback volume.

You can use the Items/{itemId}/ThemeSongs and Items/{itemId}/ThemeMedia API endpoint that can be used to fetch the theme detail
