🐛 macOS default keyboard shortcuts are not respected

Description

some default macOS keyboard shortcuts are not respected in Text Fields, like for example control shift e and control shift a that are supposed to select to the end and to the beginning of a line. in Fladder it does nothing. that creates issues when using automation tools.

Reproduction steps

1. go to the main interface, search Text Field
2. type something
3. press `control shift a`
4. the whole line should be selected, it's not
5. press `control a`. you are now at the beginning of the line
6. press `control shift e`
7. the whole line should be selected, it's not

Can you try the nightly build and tell me if the issue is still there? There have been some changes to Mac keybinds since the last update and it may be fixed.

After some research, this seems to arise due to Flutter not having them implemented. Flutter does not use the native Cocoa inputs on Mac, it uses its own input engine and these shortcuts haven't been implemented yet.

Maybe you could mention the shortcuts in this issue and see what they tell you: flutter/flutter#87064

We could implement them in the app ourselves but actually maintaining them would be a bit out of the scope of the app (because for example if then someone decides to create a keybind like that for something else inside the app you have to take care of that case), and that would just create a whole host of new issues which we would have to deal with, plus I don't even know all the shortcuts myself.
