Needs a confirmation dialog popup (Ok,Cancel) when clicking Epic Complete. I accidentally hit the button and it checked all the items and I had to manually uncheck them all to undo them. Or make a way to undo all on ctrl-click or per section etc, also with a confirmation dialog popup.

Fair catch, and welcome to the board. Built for the next update, both halves: checking "Epic complete" now asks first ("Mark all N remaining steps complete?"), and — the part that would have saved you the manual unchecking — UNCHECKING it now restores the exact per-step state from before you checked it, instead of leaving everything ticked. The accident becomes two clicks to undo.
