Can you make drops by creature have an option for entire log and not… #168

Reasonable ask, and worth explaining what's in the way — because part of it already exists. Drops by creature is session-scoped because it's built from the session EQBuddy has parsed. Two things already stretch that:
What you're asking for — one view across all of them — is a genuinely different thing: it means reading every archived log and merging the results, which raises questions I'd want to answer properly rather than approximately. How long does that take with a year of logs? Does it run on demand or in the background? And the awkward one: if the same corpse appears in two overlapping files, it must not be counted twice. Frankthetankk asked for something closely related in #159 — reading archived and live logs as one continuous history — so there's a real appetite for this and it'd likely be one piece of work serving both. I'm flagging it to David as an "all-time history" feature rather than a Drops-window toggle, because that's what it actually is. Not a no — but I'd rather build it once, properly, than bolt a checkbox onto one window. In the meantime, does Review an archived log cover what you need for a specific past session? |

Can you make drops by creature have an option for entire log and not just session?
