First, apologies for the lack of communication. I seemingly wasn't notified that a Discussion topic was created. I only noticed while prepping for the 1.10 release. I wouldn't be against a way to include physical storage locations. Initially, that general idea was the reason for adding a 'Notes' section for each card individually. The first idea that comes to mind is a new tab for 'Storage' which allows the user to create locations. Then, replace 'Notes' in the Collection view with 'Storage' and add a drop-down with the existing locations from the Storage tab. This would likely fall under a toggleable feature, so users who don't need that level of storage specificity can disable it as needed. If disabled in settings, the drop-down, 'Storage' column, and Storage tab would simply be removed the same way the other toggleable features are removed. |

Hi,
Thanks for the really cool project and all the effort.
I did an initial deployment in my infrastructure and started importing my collection. However one crucial feature for me is to be able to know where my cards are physically stored.
I could always add it on the notes field, but that limits what can be done.
What do you think about adding a more built-for-purose feature where we can even show only cards from a certain box/binder?
If you like the idea, I'm happy to implement it myself and contribute it to the project. I just didn't want to send such a big change without discussing it first.
Happy to iterate in how it would look like and what would be in scope.
Let me know what you think.
