Single Import/Export interface with App History

• Maintain App history of installed apps for easy backup.

It would be really cool if this could be expanded so that you could backup which apps you have installed and reinstall all of them on a new device

As discussed in #1210 and similar issues, reinstall apps would need a lot of effort.

Hence, I am trying a simpler approach.
App History will list all apps which were installed once which can be imported.
User can then manually install apps from the list.
