4:3 Aspect Ratio Support

Specifically to play on a crt and or Retroid Pocket Nova in fullscreen mode at 4:3

v1.3.1 (https://github.com/DrummingBird1/gow-psp-recomp/releases/tag/v1.3.1) adds Options > Aspect ratio > 4:3. The picture fills a 4:3 screen: the 3D view loses a bit at the sides, and the HUD is scaled to fit. There is also a CRT filter (scanlines) in Options. Please tell me how it looks on your CRT or Retroid.
