options off

I created a simple geometry and the options on the right, in FreeCad (add fillbox; case summary. etc), were active. I closed and the model.FCStd folder was created. I reopened the model from FreeCad and all the options on the right are swiched off. How can I swich on these optns.
I would like to define the liquid material that fills a part of my geometry and falls into the part below. Is there an example I can refer to?

I assume You did not open macro first. first open macro and then choose the load case option on the right panel and enter your case that you created before.
