More draggy, Less droppy

Request:

• add ability to reorder the lists with drag and drop like the tasks can be
• make all the lists remain on a single line, not multiple lines
• throw in a horizontal scrollbar for good measure
• 🎂

Looking at implementing a toggle allowing users to select either single line or wrap based on preference. Will be able to switch between the modes dynamically.
