IndexError when masking plddt_boltz with token_array (Boltz2 mmCIF)

Hello,

I had 38 failures among my filtered antibody-antigen complexes

Version: v4, Jan 3 2026

Command run

IndexError: index N is out of bounds for axis 0 with size N

Failure rate: 38/5965 cases

Pattern: in all but one case the out-of-bounds index equals the array size (off by 1+); one case (6wit_ABC) is off by 2

I can attach the .npz, .cif and .json of some samples that failed if needed !
