Fix SOGo/CalDAV URL handling

  • If serverUrl already contains /Calendar/ in path, use it directly as calendar path instead of trying to discover
  • This handles SOGo and similar servers where user enters full calendar URL like: https://email.example.com/SOGo/dav/user@example.com/Calendar/personal/
  • Added more detailed error logging with full exception to help debug connection issues

Test with SOGo server URL.
