BUG: doesn't work on Virtual Box

Virtual box uses right control as host key to switch between host and guest but with NoCopilotKey it doesn't work.
possible workaround: use sharp keys to remap F23 to Right Control and use modified NoCopilotKey to look at WIN+SHIFT+RCTRL and suppress WIN+SHIFT.

This one is strange because VirtualBox is refusing to see the injected Right Ctrl keypress, yet it is seeing injected Right Ctrl keypresses from other applications like the on-screen-keyboard.

It's becoming obvious that remapping F23 to right control and blocking LWin and LShift before right ctrl presses is the approach that should have been taken in the first place.
