Description
The function BuildSysPro.IBPSA.BoundaryConditions.WeatherData.BaseClasses.getTimeSpanTMY3 references the C source file getTimeSpan.c, which should be located in the BuildSysPro/Resources/C-Sources folder. However, I cannot find this folder in the repository, leading to compilation errors when attempting to use the getTimeSpanTMY3 function.
