Should update the `link_nvidia_host_libraries.sh` script in line with new standard search locations for ld.so in 2025.06

EESSI/compatibility-layer#229 introduces new standard search locations. The plan is to create variant-symlinks to version-specific override dirs under /cvmfs/software.eessi.io. Then, those will be variant symlinks to /dev/null by default, but may be pointed to a central dir under host-injections.

link_nivida_host_libraries.sh should be adapted to cd to the new symlink location introduced in EESSI/compatibility-layer#229 and install the symlinks there.
