Addition of CORS settings for the Django Dashboards application.
Description
Added CORS functionalities, including a new package (django-cors-headers), that allows to define whitelisted domains that can make requests to the dashboards application.
Motivation and Context
Allow that recognized or whitelisted applications or domains can send requests to the django application.
