Hack-A-Thon (noun) A designated time set apart for mob programming to learn and experiment.
This year's Hack-a-thon will be focused on building web apps and understanding the anatomy of a modern application using something like a MEAN Stack.
- 10am - 2pm - [Red Cloud] Registration and Dev Environment Help Come to Red Cloud and let us help you get your dev environment setup. ( See instructions below )
- 8:30 - 9:00 - [Break Room] Bagels and Social Wake-Up Stretching exercises provided by Duc Ho
- 9:00 - 10:00 - [Break Room] Keynote Speaker
- 10:00 - 10:30 - [Break Room] Example / Seed Project Overview Quick demo of the Projects
- 10:30 - Noon - Team Hacking Session 1 (see room assignments.)
- Noon-ish - [Break room] Lunch grab some grub and chat OR get back to hacking!
- 12:30 - 4:30 - Team Hacking session 2
- 4:30 - [Red Cloud] Team Check-in
- 8:30 - 9:00 - [Break Room] Donuts and Social Gathering.
- 9:00 - 10:00 - [Break Room / Red Cloud] Aspirin Session Open forum to discuss headaches and pains, Q&A, tools & tricks, etc.
- 10:00 - noon - Team Hacking Session 3
- Noon-ish - [Break Room] Lunch Taco Tuesday!
