How should the parameters be set to build the master pattern simulation? #186

Hello everyone, I have a few questions about the parameters for building a master pattern simulation and I'm unsure how to set them:

  1. How should the DW factor be set? For Ni, and especially for FCC alloys, are lattice parameters less important? For example, will the calibration results differ if the lattice parameters are set to (3.5315, 3.521, or 3.5587)?

  2. How should I confirm or set the parameters in the following two screenshots (except for the TD, RD, and accelerating voltage parameters)?
