Al fine di poter popolare correttamente sia il DDT che la fattura d'assistenza con le informazioni descrittive relative il numero ordine d'assistenza che il riferimento del cliente ( campo Vs. riferimento), il suggerimento è quello di aggiungere nel setup CWS tabella EOS CWS Setup (18122365), Pagina EOS CWS Setup (18122365, Card), un ulteriore valore di selezione nel campo ' Riga descrittiva ordine' nella sezione assistenza ( campo Order Line Description-Service (42, Option)), il valore ' Vs. riferimento + nr. Ordine', come già presente nelle sezioni vendite.
