EPIC: port UDPs/UDFs to python3.11 #267
Description
most algorithms in this repo were built when geopyspark backends only provided a python3.8 environment.
With the python3.11 migration ( eu-cdse/openeo-cdse-infra#169) , this situation changed and a couple of cases had to be pinned down to python3.8. This is however a dead and they should be ported to be compatible with the new python 3.11 environment.
This is an EPIC to group the cases to fix (found under https://github.com/eu-cdse/openeo-cdse-infra/issues/767 )
