Will update with a new code of conduct when we have better guidance.

I actually adamantly DISAPPROVE doing this. But, marking as approve to bring it in, so that we can bring an updated version later.

We do recognize President Trump's legal authority in his Executive Orders and will comply to the limit of that authority. Anti-discrimination laws and fundamental rights surpass that authority. His executive orders also ask us to "reward individual initiative, skills, performance, and hard work" as well as "serving every person with equal dignity and respect". Which we will also gladly follow.

As a community we will ensure that everyone is listened to, respected for their work and contributions and not harassed or harmed by our community. No President has the right to take that away from our community. So even in the absence of a Code of Conduct we as a community will still follow standards of how to treat people.
