ESMValTool Monthly Meetings: Finding set times

Hey @ESMValGroup/esmvaltool-developmentteam,

in this months meeting we discussed how to get better visibility and attendance for the ESMValTool Monthly Meetings. The suggestion we landed on was to adopt a more permanent timeslot instead of monthly polls that might be too late to fit in peoples calendars. To cover all timezones we want to alternate between a European morning and European afternoon time to allow our colleagues in both Australia and Canada (and anyone else interested in those timezones to join).

As we had @malininae we discussed the afternoon timeslot to be at 4pm CET, 7am west pacific time - a poll for the weekday is here and will be sent around by mail later.

Could I have some feedback on possible timeslots from our Australian colleagues @rbeucher @flicj191 ? I'd like to make sure you are considered before sending the poll around by mail to everyone.

Thanks @bettina-gier! Time slots for Australia would be either morning CET or afternoon Pacific time. Earlier morning CET would be less in our evening time but we can join when we can. The alternating Euro morning/afternoon sound good though, so we can join your morning ones.
In terms of weekdays it may be different for others but probably not Friday so it's not our Friday evening. Thanks
