18. Technicians or technical bodies

Related to the criteria "Technicians or technical bodies for quality control" and "For works contracts: technicians or technical bodies to carry out the work", included in Part IV (Selection criteria) section C (Technical and professional ability) of the ESPD, the CA will be able to add as many requirements as needed related to each criterion. The specific requirements will depend on the particular needs of the procurement procedure.

In the ESPDResponse, the EO will be able to add, for each requirement:

  • Technicians. For each technician, the EO will be required to provide the name of the technician, its profession (from a structured list), its experience (in a free text field) and the number of months the technician has been working for the EO. The EO will also be able to provide other relevant information on the technician.
  • Technical bodies. For each technical body, the EO will be required to provide its name and experience (in a free text field), and will also be able to provide other relevant information.
