Related to the criteria "Educational and professional qualifications" and "Environmental management measures", included in Part IV (Selection criteria) section C (Technical and professional ability) of the ESPD, the CA will be able to add as many requirements as needed related to each criterion. The specific requirements will depend on the particular needs of the procurement procedure.

In the ESPDResponse, the EO will need to provide, for each requirement, a description of the capability and ability.
