24. Regulated ESPD vs Self contained ESPD

paulakeen edited this page May 10, 2017 · 2 revisions

Regulated ESPD: the structure and content of the ESPD are strictily adjusted to the terms expressed in the Annex 2 of the Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2016/7.

Self-contained ESPD: the criteria and requirements that are particular to the MS or to the Contracting Authority, generic to all Procurement Procedures or particular of this Procurement Procedure, are explicitly mentioned or defined in the eESPD document.

The CA must be able to provide the type of ESPD (regulated or self-contained) in the initial page of the ESPDRequest. Later on, the information displayed and required in the different parts of the ESPD will depend on the option selected by the CA:

  • Regulated ESPD: no changes from the current ESPD.
  • Self-contained ESPD: it will contain all changes reflected in the wiki pages.
