EU Login-Based Participant Authentication
Survey participants can now access surveys using a EU Login-based Guest List. Access is restricted to a predefined list of authorised participants based on their email addresses.

Improved OSS Version Customisation
For OSS users who have customised their installation, upgrades are now simplified. All locations containing ‘EC’-related content have been identified to allow easier removal or replacement with custom branding, logos, and application names.

Copy Survey Includes Privileged Users
The Copy Survey dialog now includes an optional checkbox, Copy survey users and their privileges. Selecting this option duplicates all users assigned to the original survey along with their respective access rights into the new survey.

“Give Full Access” Option in Add User Dialog
A new checkbox, Give Full Access, has been added to the Add User dialog. When selected, it automatically assigns all available permissions to the user.

Up/Down Arrows for SCQ and MCQ Answers
Up and down arrows are now enabled in Single-Choice and Multiple-Choice questions, allowing users to reorder answers. Moving an answer automatically adjusts the order of the other options.

Bulk Operations on Surveys
New bulk operations allow managing multiple surveys at once, including adding/removing privileged users and permissions, adding/removing tags, publishing/unpublishing, deleting surveys, and changing survey owners.

Min & Max Values for MCQ
Users can now set identical values for the minimum and maximum number of selections in multiple-choice questions.

Auto-Delete of Inactive Surveys
A new automated feature deletes old and inactive surveys via a scheduled overnight batch process. Form Managers of affected surveys receive email notifications before deletion.

Activity Log: PDF Contribution Downloads
A new entry is added to the survey activity log when a PDF contribution is downloaded from the application.

Improved Download Contribution Dialog
The Download Contribution dialog has been improved for better usability.

Change to Survey Properties Page
The Survey properties page has been updated with clearer section titles, improved wording, and a reorganised Contribution settings section.

Activity Log: Draft Contributions
Log entries for contributions and draft contributions can now be distinguished in the activity log.

Survey Creation and Metadata
A new checkbox, “This survey might collect Sensitive Non-Classified information (SNC)”, has been added to the Survey Creation dialog and the Survey Properties (Basic tab). This metadata is also available via the getSurveyMetadata API.

Copy Link for Published Surveys
A new Copy link feature has been added to the Published Survey URL, allowing users to quickly and reliably copy the survey’s public link to the clipboard.

Updated Survey Footer
The survey footer has been updated from the European Commission skin to the harmonised ECL v4 footer.

Security Enhancements
Several security improvements have been implemented to ensure enhanced protection.

Bug Fixes
Bugs reported in previous versions have been addressed and resolved as part of this release.
