Changing Request Headers does not change Draft State

Describe the bug
When editing the headers of a currently saved request, the "save" icon in the header bar is not becoming activated. This is due to the draft flag not being activated

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create new request
2. Save request
3. Edit headers
4. See save button still being disabled

Expected behavior
Save button should become active
