nah, even with archive ref it still doesn't work, I guess we have to trim down the amazonka package list.

@quasi-coherent I've removed what I thought we don't need for sure, pls take a look, see if we can thin it down some more perhaps. As it is the noop build is ~5s.

Hmm, do we need both amazonka-elb and amazonka-elbv2? Other than that, nothing really stands out. There are some there that I just don't know anything about (sts, guard-duty), but presumably you left them for a reason. Also, amazonka-ssm might be useful to have, but is not included (though I know the hope is to move to secrets-manager).

sts I think we might need somewhere but guard duty we can kill for now
I'll update with your suggestions, then we'll have @fiadliel try it out and see how it feels.
