Grabbing next chunk when cache is full causes full redownload

If your cache is full and you grab next chunk. Old chunks get deleted. I'm unsure of the logic yet. But this confuses browser and it redownloads everything again. Need to pinpoint what exactly is happening. Potential solution is to expand cache each time you grab new chunk or move the timeslice forward maintaining same timeextent.

Ah this is actually kinda funny. Basically when it downloads the new one it deletes very first chunk. So when you try to grab the next chunk. Well now the first chunk is missing so it downloads it. But after downloading it that causes the next chunk to be deleted. So now it's missing so it downlaods it. Which causes the next one to get deleted. So it download the next one...

I will just expand the cache each time someone hits grab next.

I would not go for expanding the cache. I think the expected behaviour should be to have it fix. Grabbing and deleting logic are the culprits.
