genview v0.2 update

This major update is meant to make genview easier to use and increase functionality. Parameters have been changed to be more intuitive, failsafes have been built in to guide users to specifying proper parameter combinations. Importantly, the --update feature has been implemented, allowing users to update an existing database with new genomes. Users can now easily use genview on local sequences, and specify custom colors in their visualisations of gene loci.

This update fixes a bug that previously broke 'genview-visualize'. Furthermore, bugs related to sequence visualization and naming are fixed. The number of files data are split into for processing has been increased for large amounts of data.
