GitHub Marketplace metadata-compliance patch.

This release shortens the GitHub Action description to meet the Marketplace metadata limit and corrects the publisher casing to EcoCitizenz.

No functional, identifier, Resolver route or semantics, policy, privacy, output, or setup-handoff behaviour changed. The canonical 33-code public passport registry remains unchanged.

The existing npm distribution remains:

@ecocitizenz/ecz-id-mcp-verifier@0.7.0

The immutable v0.7.0 GitHub release, tag and published npm bytes remain unchanged. This v0.7.1 GitHub release is the Marketplace metadata-compliance release for the GitHub Action.

Use the Action with:

Ecocitizenz/ecz-id-mcp-verifier@v0.7.1

The verifier is local-first and privacy-first. It does not upload source or secrets, emit hidden telemetry, write Backend truth, issue passports, activate entitlements, determine safety or certify compliance. Local policy decides the operational response; re-check before reliance.

The verifier reads, checks, reports and routes only. It does not write canonical truth, activate proof, mark anything BOUND, issue passports, create checkout, determine safety or certify compliance.

  • No secret upload
  • No prompt or tool-payload upload
  • No telemetry
  • Deterministic checks without an LLM decision-maker

Resolver is the read-only public proof surface. Local policy decides. Re-check before reliance.

A verifier result is not certification, approval, a safety determination or confirmation of full compliance. Not every target has live Resolver proof.
