Data

The data used in the paper comes from the paper by Trøjelsgaard 2015, and accessed in the analyzing code in one of two ways:

1. Interaction networks

This data contains the count of observations for each plant-pollinator interaction in a given site. this dataset is not saved in this repo, as it is loaded from the emln R package data interface.

2. distance_between_sites_canary.csv

Data taken directly from the paper mantioned above, detailing the distance between each pair of sites in the study, in meters.
