Building on Windows - CMake cannot find the libsimulator target.

Are there any recent instructions on how to build on Windows? The CMake cannot find the libsimulator target.

I'm building on Ubuntu and am getting the same issue when building main. As far as I can tell I have followed the "Build Instructions under Ubuntu 24.04" (https://github.com/EdgeTX/edgetx/wiki/Build-Instructions-under-Ubuntu-24.04) to the letter. The "make -jnproc firmware" instruction completes successfuly, but "make -jnproc libsimulator" just returns make: *** No rule to make target 'libsimulator'. Stop.

As an experiment I went back and cloned 2.12 instead and that built and ran fine.
